The company is based in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India, and serves global clients.Role Description The Team Leader role at Digimartrix is a full-time, on-site position located in Thanjavur. The Team Leader will coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities, including task planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking for software and AI-related initiatives. This role involves guiding a cross-functional team, removing blockers, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client expectations. The Team Leader will work closely with product owners and technical leads to translate requirements into actionable plans, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in team processes. The position also includes mentoring team members, supporting their professional development, and promoting a collaborative, inclusive work environment.Qualifications Leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and performance feedback.Project planning and execution capabilities, such as task prioritization, workload management, and status reporting.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.Basic understanding of software development or technology projects, with familiarity in agile or similar methodologies.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.Experience in a team lead, project coordinator, or similar role in technology or services is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.Ability to work on-site in Thanjavur and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
