✅ Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE✅ Previous experience leading and mentoring a sales team✅ Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills✅ Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team✅ Fluent in Hindi (preferred, as the role involves handling Hindi-speaking clients)✅ Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
