Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Credit Card sales team.Achieve monthly sales and business targets.Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.Handle lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion.Ensure quality customer handling and proper documentation.Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Requirements
