Team Leader (DC Expert)

Team Leader (DC Expert) Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in DC Power Systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.Strong experience in telecom infrastructure and E&M operations.Experience in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of: DC Power SystemsRectifiers systemsBattery Banks (Acid & Lithium)Power Distribution Units (PDU)DCDB and Power Cabling  Ability to lead field teams and manage daily site activities.Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom power systems.Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.Good knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures.Good communication skills in English.Ability to prepare technical reports and maintenance plans. Preferred Skill Experience with telecom vendors such as Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE, Eltek, Delta, or Emerson.
