AAA’s mission is to work with poor and excluded communities in their struggles to eradicate poverty, patriarchy, and injustice.Role Description The Team Leader – Face-To-Face Fundraising is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Team Leader will recruit, train, and supervise a team of face-to-face fundraisers, ensuring fundraising targets and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing fundraising activities in public spaces and events, setting individual and team goals, and monitoring performance and donor acquisition metrics. The Team Leader will support fundraisers in engaging potential donors, explaining AAA’s mission and programs, and securing regular contributions in a professional and ethical manner. The role also involves coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate reports and donor records, collaborating with internal teams for campaigns and materials, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build long-term donor relationships.Candidates should possess fundraising, sales, or field outreach skills, including goal setting, negotiation, and closing commitments.Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage schedules, locations, reporting, and campaign execution.Candidates should possess basic data entry and reporting skills, with comfort using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track donor information and team results.Previous experience in fundraising, sales, non-profit work, or community outreach is highly desirable.A demonstrated commitment to social justice, human rights, and gender equality is beneficial.Minimum educational qualification: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in social sciences, management, communications, or a related field.Ability to work in a hybrid model, be on the field in Bengaluru South regularly, and adapt to changing campaign needs.
