Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you’ll do:The Supervisor – Assets will be responsible for end-to-end management of operational assets across delivery operations and store locations. This includes procurement, inventory tracking, distribution, and lifecycle management of assets across last-mile operations. The role requires a highly execution-focused individual with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.1. Asset Procurement & PlanningManage procurement of delivery and store-related assets in line with operational requirementsCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcingForecast asset requirements based on business demand and expansion plans2. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate, real-time tracking of all assets across warehouses and store locationsImplement and enforce inventory control processes and audit mechanismsMinimize losses, discrepancies, and idle inventory through proactive monitoring3. Warehouse & Store Asset OperationsOversee asset handling across warehouses and store-level operationsEnsure proper storage, allocation, and movement of assetsStandardize processes for asset issuance, returns, and replacements4. Distribution (First Mile & Last Mile)Manage the distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associatesOptimize logistics for efficient asset movement and utilization5. Asset Lifecycle ManagementMonitor asset utilization, maintenance, and end-of-life processesDrive repair, refurbishment, and replacement strategiesMaintain complete records of asset history and movement6. Process & StrategyDevelop and implement scalable systems for asset tracking and managementIdentify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiativesLeverage data to inform decisions and optimize inventory levelsWhat you'll need:2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operationsProven experience managing warehouse inventory and store-level assetsStrong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement and distributionExperience in managing first-mile and last-mile logistics is preferredProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is a preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong ownership and execution mindsetHighly result-oriented with an aggressive approach to achieving targetsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective stakeholder management and coordination abilitiesWhat Success Looks LikeHigh inventory accuracy with minimal discrepanciesEfficient asset utilization across operationsTimely procurement and zero operational disruptions due to asset shortagesStreamlined processes with measurable improvements in turnaround timeWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
