Team members benefit from exposure to leading regional brands and structured career development in a fast-paced market.Role Description:The Team Leader position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, responsible for leading a sales team focused on credit cards and personal loans. Day-to-day tasks include:Supervising and motivating team membersSetting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring adherence to bank product guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular coaching and training sessions, and organising sales activities within retail locations or designated areas. The Team Leader will handle customer escalations, ensure a high standard of customer experience, and coordinate with bank representatives and internal stakeholders to optimise sales processes. The position also requires reporting on sales results, maintaining operational discipline, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

3 Years U.A.E experience in retail banking sales, particularly in cards and loans, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with banking partners, and interact effectively with customers.Experience managing or supervising sales teams in a retail or financial services environment.Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including familiarity with sales performance tools and basic MS Office applications.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and flexibility to support operations across different locations in the UAE as needed.Applicant must be in U.A.E for immediate joining.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Interested applicants may send their CVs at: careers@mabeaat.com
