Team Leader – Retail - Hiring UAE National

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide the retail sales team during daily operations.Allocate duties, shifts, break schedules, and floor responsibilities.Drive the team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience.Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.Conduct daily team briefings and communicate targets, promotions, and operational updates.Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.Ensure merchandise is correctly displayed, priced, replenished, and available.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/store teams.Ensure compliance with cash-handling, POS, store policies, and operational procedures.Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards.Support onboarding and training of new retail staff.Prepare basic sales, attendance, productivity, and operational reports.Coordinate with Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager on operational and staffing requirements.RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of retail experience, with previous experience supervising or leading a retail team.Strong understanding of retail sales, customer service, and store operations.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs.Strong people-management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory processes.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.UAE/GCC retail experience would be an advantage.Key SkillsRetail Operations | Team Leadership | Retail Sales | Sales Target Achievement | Customer Service | Store Operations | KPI Management | Staff Supervision | Team Management | Customer Experience | Upselling | Cross-Selling | POS | Cash Handling | Inventory Management | Visual Merchandising | Staff Training | Complaint Resolution | Sales Reporting
