TEAM LEADER – WASTE MANAGEMENT

ResponsibilitiesTo ensure proper utilization of manpower deployed at site.To ensure timely execution of waste management services.Effective utilization of resources.To liaise with Clients for everything related to waste management services.To schedule duties/overtime/leave of subordinates.Mobilize the team during emergencies.Perform other tasks allotted by the Management from time to time.Involve in daily operations and drive 3ton pick up as a part of operations.Effective executive and Service deliveryQualificationsSecondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable.Required Skills3 - 5 years relevant experience.UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is a must.Result Orientation, People Management Skills and Planning & organizing skills.Technical Problem solving skills.Basic communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
