WE ARE HIRING | SECURITY TEAM LEADERMiraval The Red Sea is looking for a motivated and professional Security Team Leader to join our Security Department.Nationality: Saudi Nationals OnlyPosition: Security Team LeaderKey Responsibilities• Supervise and lead Security Officers during daily operations.• Ensure security procedures, standards, and post orders are followed.• Conduct regular patrols and monitor security posts.• Maintain discipline, alertness, and professional conduct within the team.• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and shift handovers.• Coordinate effectively with other departments and management.• Ensure proper access control and protection of guests, employees, and property.• Support training, briefings, and performance management of Security Officers.Requirements• Saudi National – Mandatory • Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, corporate, or high-end security operations is preferred.• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is highly desirable.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Professional appearance and attitude.• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during incidents.• Good English communication skills are preferred.If you are a professional, disciplined, and motivated security leader looking for an opportunity to grow within a world-class hospitality environment, we would like to hear from you.
