We are excited to be launching a brand-new My 1st Years concession at Fenwick Newcastle, and we are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused Team Members to join us.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the launch of our new concession and help create a great experience for our customers.We are looking for people who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, enjoy working with customers and are confident representing the My 1st Years brand.Vacancies AvailableWe have a number of permanent positions available:1 x Team Member – 37.5 hours per week2 x Team Members – 30 hours per week1 x Team Member – 16 hours per weekResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming serviceDeliver excellent customer service and ensure customers have a great experienceApproach and engage with customers to drive salesPromote the My 1st Years brand and productsHelp customers find the products they are looking forProvide advice and guidance on product selectionProcess cash and card payments accuratelyDeal with customer queries and refunds professionallyReplenish stock and assist with stock controlReceive and store deliveriesKeep the concession clean, tidy and well presentedEnsure products are correctly priced and displayedReport any stock discrepancies or issues to the managerWork as part of the team to achieve sales targetsFollow company guidelines and proceduresCarry out any other reasonable duties required by the businessPerson SpecificationFriendly, approachable and engaging personalityConfident when speaking to and approaching customersPrevious retail or sales experience is desirableExcellent communication and customer service skillsHelpful, polite and professionalBasic IT skillsAble to work well as part of a teamComfortable working in a busy retail environmentFlexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekendsPositive and hardworking attitudePassionate about delivering excellent customer serviceFull training will be provided.Please only apply if you are able to commit to a permanent position and the hours advertised for the role you are applying for.
