As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate team members who want to help us recreate that magical experience every day.We are currently hiring:1 Opening Team Member1 Closing Team MemberResponsibilitiesAs an O’Chunky Team Member, you will:Prepare and bake cookies and other baked goods according to recipes and procedures.Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty beverages, and other menu items.Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly customer service.Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash and card payments.Keep the café clean by washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, wiping surfaces, and completing cleaning tasks throughout your shift.Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and welcoming café environment.QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who:Passion for coffee, tea, and cookiesIs friendly, positive, and enjoys working with people.Is dependable, punctual, and takes initiative.Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Pays attention to detail and maintains high cleanliness standards.Is able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.Has previous café, restaurant, bakery, or customer service experience (preferred but not required).Knowledge of latte art, alternative milks, and specialty drinks is a plusShift AvailabilityYou need to be available for either of these shifts:Opening ShiftMorning 7:30am, including weekdays and weekends.Closing ShiftEvening to 11pm, including weekdays and weekends.CertificationA valid Food Handler Certification is required for this position.
