Team members enjoy working in a lively setting that values great service, unique drink offerings, and a welcoming atmosphere.Role Description Team members at Sedona Taphouse support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities may include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering menu questions, and maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas. Team members collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver prompt, friendly service, handle payments accurately, and follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midlothian, VA, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Qualifications Ability to provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and team members.Basic math and cash-handling skills for processing orders and payments accurately.Reliability and time management skills to handle shifts, multitask, and follow established procedures.Knowledge of or interest in craft beer, wine, and cocktails, with willingness to learn menu details.Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items as required for restaurant operations.Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
