We are looking for talents who are committed to our ultimate customer focus and who are ready to deliver their best performance in a thriving environment.Döhler Turkey is looking for a Teamlead Application (Beverage & Food) to be employed for Maltepe Office in Istanbul with following qualifications;Your RoleLeading and developing the application team, ensuring motivation, performance, and technical capability,Ensuring the development and maintenance of beverage or food recipes for customer and innovation projects,Managing the creation, approval, and accuracy of recipes and process parameters in SAP,Overseeing customer sample production, coordinating with the Sampling Lab and Pilot Plant,Ensuring correct execution of lab trials and organize tastings for product development,Planning and manage resources (human, material, financial) in alignment with budget,Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal product development regulations,Driving digital transformation initiatives and optimize business processes,Supporting the implementation of shelf-life and product-specific tests, adjusting when needed,Maintaining accurate technical data in digital systems and databases,Collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.Participating in customer meetings and production trials when needed,Managing cross-functional communication and ensure alignment with related departments,Leading projects in line with strategic goals, ensuring timely and correct system process execution,Optimizing recipe portfolio with focus on cost, resource efficiency, and product quality.Your ProfileBachelor's Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments,Min. 5 years of experience in laboratory (food & beverage experience is preferred),Min. 2 years of team management experience,Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Good team player, strong communication skills,Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, high problem solving skill,Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
