We believe exceptional technology is the foundation of exceptional service in wealth management.Role SummaryWe're looking for a talented Tech and AI Integration Officer to help build the technological backbone of our firm — designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing the internal tools that power our operations.This is a high-responsibility role, taking ownership of our in-house CRM, financial tools, client portals, and the data pipelines that keep information flowing accurately and securely. A rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of meaningful systems early/mid career, at the intersection of finance and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, well-documented, maintainable code with a strong focus on automation.Build and enhance workflows, internal financial tools, client portals, and our in-house CRM.Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines.Integrate internal and third-party systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with diligence.Collaborate with financial advisors to translate business needs into technical solutions.Requirements0–5 years of software development experience — talent matters more than tenure.Solid programming fundamentals.Airtable familiarity a plus.Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.Basic finance/investment understanding a strong plus.Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Notion, GitHub, or Claude Code a plus.Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.Discretion with sensitive financial data.Approachable, good energy, easy to work with.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.What We OfferSalary: AED 15,000/month.Rapid career growth in UAE fintech/wealth-tech.The chance to take full ownership of systems that matter, in a modern, respected environment.
