The company has raised over $53 million from global investors, underscoring its growth and long-term commitment to transforming higher education access.Role Description The Tech Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Tech Faculty will design and deliver curriculum in technology-related subjects, conduct classroom and lab sessions, and provide academic guidance and mentoring to students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves collaborating with academic and product teams to align course content with industry requirements and emerging technologies. The Tech Faculty will also contribute to curriculum development, participate in academic events and workshops, and support continuous improvement in teaching methodologies and student outcomes.We are hiring below tech faculties :Full StackAIML/ Data ScienceRPACybersecurityQualificationsStrong knowledge of core technology domains such as computer science fundamentals, programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and relevant development tools or frameworks.Ability to design and deliver clear, structured lessons; skilled in classroom management and learner-centered teaching methods.Experience in evaluating student work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners with diverse academic backgrounds.Comfort with using digital platforms, LMS tools, and basic education technology to enhance teaching and learning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible language.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in academic institutions, coaching centers, or professional training programs is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to evolving curricula, and stay current with industry trends.
