This full-time, on-site role is located in Port Harcourt and involves designing curriculum, preparing instructional materials, and updating course content to align with current industry trends and best practices. The Tech Instructor will provide hands-on training in areas such as AI fundamentals, digital tools, software applications, and automation platforms, while offering guidance and support to learners of varying skill levels. Daily responsibilities include conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with colleagues on program development, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methods and resources.Qualifications Strong foundation in information and communication technology, including familiarity with AI concepts, software development basics, business automation tools, and digital transformation practices.Experience delivering technical training or teaching, with the ability to break down complex topics, design lesson plans, and facilitate interactive, learner-centered sessions.Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms used in education and business (e.g., productivity suites, collaboration tools, learning management systems, and presentation software).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to support diverse learners and create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including experience managing multiple classes, preparing materials in advance, and meeting training timelines.Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, staying current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and best practices in technology education.Prior experience working with schools, training centers, or corporate learning programs in Port Harcourt or similar environments is an advantage.
