You will help turn AI workflows into reliable production systems that can support real customers, sensitive data, and business-critical use cases.Your RoleAs Tech Lead at Nostrion, you are responsible for translating the technical roadmap into a scalable, secure, and maintainable software platform. You work closely with the CTO to define technical priorities, make architectural decisions, and guide the engineering team in day-to-day execution.You play a key role in building the core platform. This includes backend architecture, system design, integrations, data flows, APIs, and the technical foundations that allow AI workflows to run reliably in production environments.You are not only a strong engineer, but also someone who brings structure, technical leadership, and ownership. You help the team make the right engineering trade-offs and ensure that speed does not come at the cost of long-term scalability.You are hands-on in the codebase and close to the product. You help move ideas from prototype to production, challenge technical assumptions, improve engineering quality, and make sure the platform can support multiple customers, workflows, and deployment contexts.You also help create clarity for the engineering team. You break down complex technical challenges, define practical implementation paths, support other engineers, and help ensure that architectural decisions are understood, documented, and executed consistently.What Do You Bring?You have at least 5 years of experience as a Python-focused Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Platform Engineer. Experience as a Data Engineer is a strong plus.You have strong software engineering fundamentals and are comfortable designing systems that need to be secure, scalable, and maintainable. You understand how to move from prototype to production and how to build platforms that support multiple customer environments and use cases.You are pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable taking technical ownership in a fast-moving environment. You can make decisions with incomplete information, balance speed with quality, and help the team stay focused on what matters most.You understand backend architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, system design, testing, deployment, and production reliability. You are able to work closely with AI Engineers, Product, DevOps/SRE, and customer-facing teams to make sure technical solutions are not only well built, but also useful, scalable, and aligned with the product direction.You care about clean architecture, maintainable code, security, reliability, and engineering discipline. At the same time, you know that early-stage product development requires pragmatism, iteration, and the ability to ship.Experience with AI platforms, workflow automation, data-intensive systems, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, security-sensitive environments, or regulated industries is a strong plus.Your TeamYou work closely with the CTO, Product Manager, AI Engineers, DevOps/SRE, Data Engineering, UX/UI, and Forward Deployment Engineers. You are one of the key people responsible for turning Nostrion’s product vision into a production-ready platform.You help bridge the gap between product ambition and technical execution.
