The membership, the records, the booking, the telemedicine, the care plans: all of it runs on software we own. This is the senior pair of hands that builds it. Working to our CTO, you lead the day-to-day build, set the standard for the code that ships, and keep the whole thing moving as we scale across the GCC. If you want to maintain someone else's stack, this is not it. If you want to build the thing itself, read on.The roleYou are the technical lead on the build. Hands on the keyboard, and leading from the front. You ship the website and the app yourself, you connect the systems that run the clinic, and you set the technical standard for everything the development pod puts out. The CTO owns the strategy and the roadmap. You own the architecture and turning it into working, reliable software, and we want to hear how you would build it. You use AI as a force multiplier across the whole stack, in the product and in how you work.What you will doLead the build of the website and CMS, kept fast, stable and well documented. You help choose the architecture, you do not inherit it.Build the app: pet health records, booking, telemedicine, vaccination tracking and personalised care plans, built in-house and owned by us.Integrate the clinical backbone: connect the practice management system, payments, memberships and the data flows that tie the clinic, the app and the member together.Uphold data protection and security to UAE PDPL standard. We hold sensitive medical and personal data, and it is handled properly, every time.Lead the development pod technically: set the standards, review what ships, and hold the quality bar alongside the CTO.Build AI into the product and the workflow: prompt engineering and AI-native development as part of how the product and the team work.Keep the whole system reliable and ready to scale as clinics multiply across the region.What you bringStrong full-stack engineering across a modern web stack and relational data. You build and ship, you lead by doing, and you can justify the technical choices you make.Real experience integrating third-party systems and APIs: practice management, payments, authentication, the messy middle where systems have to talk.AI fluency is a must. You are comfortable with modern AI coding tools and prompt engineering, and you build AI into product and process. This is a hard requirement, not a nice to have.Sound instincts on data protection and security, and comfort working with regulated or sensitive data.
