Tech Lead

Role Summary:We are looking for experienced Tech Leads to provide hands-on technical leadership to a Full-Stack development team. The role combines development, technical design, code quality oversight, and mentoring.Key Requirements:Strong hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot.Good experience with React and/or Next.js.Experience with MySQL, Redis, and ActiveMQ or similar messaging systems.Experience developing and deploying applications using Kubernetes.Understanding of Modular Monolith Architecture and scalable application design.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, and backend architecture.Ability to conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Previous experience leading or mentoring developers.
