🚀 Hiring: Tech Lead – AI/ML | Product-Based CompanyWe are hiring a Tech Lead for one of our clients — an AI/ML product company building technology focused on making business communication more personalized and accessible across languages.📍 Location: Noida | Work from Office💼 Experience: 10–15 Years💰 CTC: ₹20–25 LPA👤 Vacancy: 1⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred🔍 What we're looking forWe are looking for a strong Engineering/Technology Leader with hands-on expertise in AI/ML systems and experience leading and scaling engineering teams within a product-based company.Key Responsibilities Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and product goals Lead, mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams across Backend, Frontend, MLOps, DevOps and QA Drive the architecture and development of scalable AI-powered products Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance and reliability Own engineering initiatives from concept through deployment and continuous improvement Drive technology strategy and build-vs-buy decisions Establish engineering KPIs and improve overall team effectiveness🛠️ Must-Have Skills✅ 10+ years of engineering experience✅ 5+ years in engineering/technical leadership✅ Strong experience with AI/ML systems✅ Expertise in at least one major cloud platform — AWS / GCP / Azure✅ Strong understanding of modern software development practices✅ Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or similar technologies✅ Strong knowledge of System Architecture, Distributed Systems & Data Infrastructure✅ Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills⭐ Good to Have Experience with LLMs, NLP or Computer Vision TensorFlow / PyTorch exposure AI research or Data Science background Experience in B2B SaaS / AI Product companies Startup / Scale-up experience Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldSkills: aws,gcp,azure,ai/ml
