We manage investments with active oversight to help both sophisticated and new investors build long-term wealth across various market conditions.About the role: As a Tech Lead – Flutter, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will continue to write production-quality code while also mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and setting engineering standards.You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Business teams to translate complex product requirements into simple, scalable, and reliable mobile experiences.You will have significant ownership across the mobile stack—from architecture and technical design to development, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement.The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, has strong Flutter expertise, and wants to build and lead a high-performing mobile engineering function in a fast-paced product environment.What You’ll DoLead the development and delivery of high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Stay hands-on with development and contribute significantly to production code.Take ownership of critical mobile features from development through release and production monitoring.Break down complex product requirements into simple, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.Review code, provide technical guidance, and maintain high engineering standards across the team.Mentor and support mobile engineers, helping them grow their technical skills and ownership.Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver features effectively.Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, balancing simplicity, scalability, performance, and delivery timelines.Identify and resolve performance, crash, memory, and reliability issues across mobile applications.Establish best practices around coding, testing, debugging, CI/CD, and release management.Build reusable components and engineering practices that improve development speed and consistency.Improve development processes to enable faster and more predictable delivery without compromising quality.Stay updated with the Flutter ecosystem and evaluate tools and approaches that can meaningfully improve the product and engineering experience.What We’re Looking For6–10 years of overall software engineering experience, with significant experience building production-grade mobile applications.4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, with a strong track record of building and shipping mobile applications at scale.Strong understanding of Flutter fundamentals, including widget lifecycle, rendering, state management, asynchronous programming, navigation, animations, and performance optimization.Strong experience with Flutter state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or similar frameworks.Experience building clean, modular, and maintainable Flutter codebases and establishing coding standards and best practices.Strong understanding of integrating Flutter applications with REST APIs, authentication, local storage, push notifications, analytics, and third-party SDKs.Experience debugging and resolving crashes, memory issues, performance bottlenecks, network issues, and other mobile-specific challenges.Good understanding of Android and iOS fundamentals, including app lifecycle, permissions, builds, signing, and release processes.Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, debugging, and mobile application release management.Experience taking ownership of features end-to-end, from development and testing to release and production monitoring.Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices.Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and balance engineering quality, product requirements, and delivery timelines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.Good to HaveExperience in fintech, wealth-tech, banking, payments, or consumer technology.Exposure to native Kotlin/Java or Swift/Objective-C and the ability to understand or debug native mobile issues.Experience setting up or significantly scaling a Flutter application from the ground up.Experience with mobile observability, crash analytics, performance monitoring, and mobile security.Experience working in a startup or high-growth product environment.
