10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with strong expertise in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and Digital Banking.Proven experience delivering 3+ end-to-end implementations and supporting complex enterprise banking applications.Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS / React Native, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and modern web/mobile frameworks.Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Web Services.Experience designing and implementing cloud-native, microfrontend, and microservices architectures using modern technology stacks.Strong experience integrating digital banking applications with Oracle, Flexcube, CRM, ELCM, and other enterprise banking systems.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams comprising Frontend/Backend Developers, UI/UX, Data Engineers, and QA teams.Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, testing, release, incident, and change management.Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and offshore/onshore team management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Exposure to GenAI, banking technology trends, security, regulatory compliance, and production stability, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
