ServiceNow Technical Lead / Lead System Architect (Urgent, Immediate Starter preferred!)Location: India – Hyderabad / BangaloreAbout the RoleOne of my MNC Clients is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Lead System Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across large-scale transformation programmes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and global delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.Own the end-to-end technical solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security and integration standards.Translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers, technical consultants and implementation teams.Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and other integration technologies.Drive best practices around ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting and application development.Review technical designs, code and solution architecture to ensure quality, maintainability and platform best practices.Work across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC and CMDB, depending on project requirements.Design and govern CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Configuration Management solutions where applicable.Support platform strategy, technical roadmap, upgrade planning and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary customization and maximize the use of out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities.Work with global stakeholders and delivery teams across different geographies.Lead technical workshops, solution discussions and client-facing architecture sessions.Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for performance, scalability, security and data integrity.Required Skills & Experience8–12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on ServiceNow experience.Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture / technical solution design.Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation or transformation programmes.Experience leading a team of ServiceNow DevelopersStrong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies.Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping.Experience with one or more major ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps or GRC.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns and application lifecycle management.Experience working with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural direction.Preferred / AdvantageousServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architecture-level certification.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) / Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, platform governance and technical roadmap development.Experience in global enterprise / consulting environments.Experience managing distributed technical teams across India and international locations.What You'll GetOpportunity to work on large-scale global ServiceNow transformation programmes.Exposure to enterprise architecture and complex technology environments.Opportunity to work with global stakeholders and senior technology leaders.Strong career progression within a global professional services environment.Ideal Candidate Profile:A senior ServiceNow professional who is still technically hands-on, but has progressed beyond pure development into solution architecture, technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
