Tech Lead (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities *Main duties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions Plan & Mobilize: Establish project charter, roadmap, and stage gates across ideation→discovery→feasibility→POC/RFP; define success criteria and acceptance metrics. Delivery Governance: Run cadence (steerco, working groups), maintain RAID and dependency views; ensure timely escalations and decision logs. Scope & Requirements: Guide discovery backlogs, facilitate workshops, and converge on prioritized epics/features and definition of done for each phase. POC/RFP Orchestration: Shape POC hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation rubrics; coordinate RFP pack (use cases, non functional requirements, scoring model, commercials). Risk & Compliance: Identify tech/operational risks, data/privacy considerations, and third party risks; route to the correct internal control owners. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectivesRequired Skills *Primary technical and functional skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices. Experience with digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, CRM systems, and cloud platforms Strong technical background in Java development; ability to understand and lead technical discussions Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with DevOps practices Possesses a clear understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to guide development teams on technical matters Exposure to React.js or other modern front-end frameworks is a strong plusSoft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
