We’re Hiring: Tech Lead Python AI Engineer / Engineering Lead / AI Architect📍 Location: Ukraine💼 Type: Full-time (FTE)🚀 Start: ASAPWe’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Lead to build and lead an AI engineering team and turn promising AI prototypes into reliable, production-ready products.This is a great opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys both building AI solutions hands-on and leading an engineering team.🔹 What you’ll do:Build and lead an AI engineering team, hiring and mentoring engineers.Own the full journey from AI prototypes to production-ready solutions.Design architecture, write code, review implementations, and make key technical decisions.Build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions and reusable accelerators.Establish engineering standards, testing, security, governance, and deployment practices.Collaborate with automation, application engineering, and consulting teams to turn ideas into products.🔹 What we’re looking for:8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.Proven experience building and owning production products or platforms used by multiple customers.Strong hands-on Python experience, with production code delivered within the last 12 months.Expert-level Azure experience, including production workloads and cloud architecture.Experience leading engineers while remaining actively involved in development.Hands-on experience building AI agents and deploying AI solutions to production.Experience with self-hosted open-weight models such as Ollama, llama.cpp, or vLLM.Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, or HIPAA.Strong English and excellent communication skills.⭐ Would be a plus:Claude Certified Architect or Microsoft Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certification.Experience taking LLM or agentic AI systems to production.Experience productizing and deploying AI accelerators across multiple clients.💡 Important: This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not an advisory, research, or management-only position.
