Tech Lead - SAP ABAP/ATC/Fiori (S/4HANA Brownfield++ Migration)

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP Technical Lead (ABAP / ATC / Fiori) to support a large-scale Brownfield++ SAP S/4HANA Migration Program. The ideal candidate will be a strong consulting professional with proven experience leading technical workstreams in SAP transformation programs, possessing the ability to quickly adapt to a complex client environment and drive successful delivery.This role requires a technically robust consultant who can provide leadership across ABAP remediation, ATC-driven code remediation, custom code adaptation, Fiori enablement, and overall technical governance throughout the migration lifecycle.The consultant must be client-facing, possess excellent communication skills, and have demonstrated success in at least one end-to-end Brownfield S/4HANA migration project.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the SAP technical workstream for S/4HANA Brownfield++ migration activities.Drive technical assessment, planning, remediation, and delivery of custom developments.Lead ABAP development and code conversion activities during S/4HANA transformation.Manage ATC assessments, simplification item impacts, code adaptation, and remediation strategies.Lead SAP Fiori enablement activities including app activation, troubleshooting, and user adoption support.Provide governance over custom code optimization and S/4HANA readiness activities.Collaborate closely with functional, Basis, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.Support migration rehearsals, cutover planning, go-live preparation, and hypercare activities.Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor junior technical consultants and guide development teams.Mandatory Skills & ExperienceExperience10 to 15 years of SAP technical consulting experience.Minimum 1 completed end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration project in a lead capacity.Strong experience working within large enterprise SAP landscapes.Proven consulting background with direct client engagement and stakeholder management.Technical SkillsExpert-level SAP ABAP development experience.Strong hands-on experience with: S/4HANA Custom Code AdaptationSAP ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit)Simplification Item AnalysisSPAU/SPDD activitiesCode Remediation & OptimizationStrong SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway experience: Fiori App ActivationLaunchpad ConfigurationOData ServicesFiori Troubleshooting and SupportExperience with SAP S/4HANA Conversion and Upgrade methodologies.Knowledge of SAP development best practices, performance optimization, and technical architecture.Consulting CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to operate effectively within a complex client ecosystem.Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.Ability to work independently while driving outcomes across multiple teams.Proven track record of delivering under tight timelines and high-pressure project environments.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in multiple SAP transformation programs.SAP certifications in ABAP, S/4HANA, or related technical domains.Experience in global delivery and multicultural project environments.Malaysian consultants preferred due to onsite engagement requirements.
