Recent collaborations with leading organizations have expanded ENpower’s reach to tens of thousands of students through large-scale, impact-aligned education initiatives.Role Description The Tech Trainer will design and deliver engaging, hands-on technology and future-skills training sessions for school students in ENpower’s labs and learning spaces. Responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating learning materials, facilitating workshops, and demonstrating emerging technologies in a way that is age-appropriate and inclusive. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for experimentation and innovation. The Tech Trainer will collaborate with school staff and ENpower’s program teams to align training with curricula and project requirements, and may support teacher enablement sessions or special innovation events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shikrapur.Qualifications Strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers in educational or skill-development settings.Demonstrated proficiency in Training & Development, including designing curricula, lesson plans, and learner assessments.Effective Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to young learners.Experience delivering tech-focused or STEM programs (e.g., coding, robotics, innovation projects) in schools or youth programs.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working with diverse groups of learners and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices.Ability to manage classroom dynamics, maintain lab equipment, and ensure a safe and structured learning environment.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and readiness to work on-site in Shikrapur as part of a collaborative team.
