Title: Tech Transfer Project Manager

Location: Indiana Duration: 12 Months + Role Lead end-to-end project management for pharmaceutical manufacturing technical transfer and commercialization activities.

Develop, execute, and oversee integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, decisions, scope, and change control. Coordinate technology transfer, PPQ, batch release, facility design and construction delivery, commissioning and qualification, supply chain, scheduling, shipment management, and cross-functional collaboration. Support Internal Process Teams and integrate project plans with related internal and contract manufacturing operational plans. Use project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, dashboards, scorecards, risk registers, decision logs, Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer. Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Background And SkillsProject management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical transfer, commercialization, or related environments. Ability to independently develop and execute complex project plans with realistic timelines, critical paths, milestones, risks, and formal change control. Cross-functional and cross-company stakeholder management. Experience supporting technology transfer, PPQ, validation, CMC, GMP, quality, HSE, batch release, supply chain, or shipment activities. Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and leadership audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Experience with large molecule, peptide, or small molecule manufacturing is preferred. Experience with capital delivery, commercialization, or technical agenda projects is preferred. Project management certification or Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred. Education RequirementsBachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Science, Engineering, or a project management-related discipline. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required. Higher degrees or certifications such as an MS, MBA, Master s in Project Management, PMP, or Six Sigma Black/Green Belt are preferred.
