Role SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Web and Mobile application delivery. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and hands-on understanding of modern development stacks such as ReactJS, NodeJS, and mobile technologies.This role acts as the bridge between business, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end project execution.Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & ExecutionOwn end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projectsTranslate business requirements into technical execution plans with Tech LeadsManage sprint planning, milestones, timelines, and releasesTrack project progress and ensure on-time deliveryTechnical CoordinationWork closely with Tech Leads and development teamsUnderstand system architecture, APIs, and integration flowsValidate technical feasibility, estimations, and dependenciesParticipate in solution discussions and technical planningAgile & Team ManagementLead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)Manage cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA)Ensure proper backlog grooming and task prioritizationStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersProvide regular updates on project progress, risks, and delivery statusHandle escalations and ensure alignment across teamsRisk & Quality ManagementIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure quality delivery through coordination with QA teamsMonitor performance, defects, and production stabilityRequired Experience & SkillsExperience5–8 years of experience in IT Project ManagementMinimum 2+ years working on Web or Mobile application projectsExperience working with engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile)Technical Understanding (Must Have)Strong understanding of web & mobile technologies:ReactJS, NodeJS, APIs, Mobile Apps (React Native / Flutter)Knowledge of system architecture and software development lifecycleExperience working closely with Tech Leads and developersUnderstanding of CI/CD, Git, and deployment workflowsDomain ExperienceWeb & mobile product development (mandatory)CRM / SaaS / digital platforms (preferred)Tools & PracticesAgile / Scrum methodologiesJira, ConfluenceSprint planning, backlog management, release trackingSoft SkillsStrong leadership and ownership mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple parallel projectsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsLocation & Other Details
