As VTX Group expands into international markets, it continues to enhance its technological capabilities and strategic partnerships to deliver products and services of global standards.Role Description:Lead and provide technical direction for .NET development teams.Design and review system architecture, technical solutions, and source code.Develop and maintain large-scale applications using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.Analyze technical requirements and propose effective solutions.Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.Work closely with BA, SA, PM, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor team members and establish technical best practices.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.Qualifications5+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#/.NET.Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.Strong knowledge of: C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server / Database, RESTful APIsExperience with Microservices, Message Queue, Distributed Systems is a strong advantage.Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.Experience leading or mentoring development teams.Experience in Government/Public Sector or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus.Good communication and collaboration skills
