We’re Hiring: Technical 3D Printing Specialist3D PRINTING | TECHNICAL SUPPORT📍 On-Site | NSTP, NUST, Islamabad, Pakistan💼 Full-TimeAbout the RoleBrickCAD is looking for a hands-on Technical 3D Printing Specialist with 3+ years of practical experience in additive manufacturing.The role combines 3D printer operation, troubleshooting, print optimization, technical support, customer consultation, and sales assistance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with different 3D printing technologies, materials, and slicing software.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, calibrate, and maintain different 3D printers.Work with FDM, SLA, MSLA, and resin printing technologies.Prepare models and optimize them for successful printing.Configure and optimize slicing and print parameters.Troubleshoot print failures, including warping, stringing, layer shifting, adhesion, and extrusion issues.Perform printer maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and component replacement.Select suitable materials based on application and performance requirements.Inspect printed parts for quality, accuracy, and defects.Perform basic post-processing and finishing.Advise customers on printing technology, materials, resolution, strength, and finishing.Handle customer inquiries, technical discussions, quotations, and follow-ups.Support product demonstrations and sales activities.Coordinate with the CAD/design team when models require modification or optimization.Maintain records of printing jobs, materials, machine usage, and maintenance.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or a related technical field.Strong practical knowledge of FDM 3D printing.Experience with SLA/MSLA and resin printing.Experience operating different makes and models of 3D printers.Good knowledge of filaments, resins, and specialty materials.Experience with slicing software and print-parameter optimization.Strong understanding of printer calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of layer height, infill, wall thickness, supports, orientation, temperature, speed, and other print parameters.Basic understanding of 3D CAD and STL, OBJ, and 3MF file formats.Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to customers.Preferred SkillsFDM | SLA | MSLA | Resin Printing | Printer Calibration | Slicing | CAD/3D Modeling | Print Failure Analysis | Post-Processing | Rapid Prototyping | Additive Manufacturing | Technical Sales | Customer SupportWho We're Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is technically strong, hands-on, problem-solving oriented, and customer-focused.If you can independently operate 3D printers, diagnose failures, optimize print quality, recommend the right materials and technology, and communicate confidently with customers, we’d like to hear from you.📩 How to ApplySend your updated CV to official@brickcad.comSubject: Technical 3D Printing SpecialistBrickCAD | Where Precision Meets Innovation
