Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and align cybersecurity solutions with business and security requirements.Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Support compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in customer-facing or technical account management roles.Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience implementing NCA ECC-2:2024 controls and requirements.Professional certifications such as CISSP, PCNSE, or Splunk Architect are highly preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in both Arabic and English.Must be based in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
