Technical Account Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders.Provide technical cybersecurity guidance and align security solutions with the client’s business and security requirements.Leverage a strong IT Security background to understand, assess, and address client security requirements.Collaborate closely with internal cybersecurity and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Support compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements.Provide technical consultation and solution guidance to support client security requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong IT Security background.Hands-on experience in IT Security with strong technical capabilities.Experience in customer-facing, Technical Account Management, cybersecurity consulting, or similar technical roles.Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience implementing NCA ECC-2:2024 controls and requirements.Strong understanding of IT Security concepts, technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.Professional certifications such as CISSP, PCNSE, or Splunk Architect are highly preferred.Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in both Arabic and English.Must be based in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
