Apply & track with Apply Edge*** Must be based in the UAE*** Must have strong background in Data SecurityThe Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a primary technical point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of their data security solutions while ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong technical acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. This role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and a strong focus on customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp customers protect their data from insider threats, cyberattacks, and policy violations.Lead customer onboarding and provide ongoing technical guidance, support, and value.Drive customer success through proactive health checks, hands-on product adoption, training, and the development and sharing of best practices.Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and security/risk assessments.Partner with Sales teams to identify and support appropriate upsell and expansion opportunities.Continuously develop expertise in new products, features, and technologies while understanding each customer's unique security environment.Partner with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to identify renewal risks and develop strategies to support successful renewals.Serve as a primary technical contact for customers while coordinating with internal Support and Engineering teams as needed.Advocate for customers internally by documenting feedback, requirements, and product-related concerns and ensuring they are appropriately addressed.Engage with stakeholders across the customer organization, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Privacy & Compliance, Security, Incident Response, and executive leadership.Identify, investigate, manage, and remediate customer technical issues in a timely manner.Provide customers with clear recommendations, action plans, and follow-up, engaging appropriate internal teams when required.Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate.Create and maintain knowledge base content to capture technical learnings and enable knowledge sharing across customers and internal teams.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within cloud, cybersecurity, data security, or data privacy.Experience working with Windows operating systems.Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish technical credibility and build strong customer relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated commitment to customer success.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.Commercially minded with an understanding of sales and account expansion opportunities.Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.REF: FL V-215019
