Role DescriptionThe Technical Accountant Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and reconciling technical accounting records, including premiums, claims, commissions, and reinsurance settlements. The position involves producing accurate financial statements and technical reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analysing financial data, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and resolving accounting discrepancies. The Technical Accountant Executive also assists in improving accounting processes, assisting and preparing documentation for audits.Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and analysing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.  Perform reconciliations of bank statements and client accounts  Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.  Conducting follow-ups with external parties for premium collection.  Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.  Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.  Providing clients with regular updates regarding their requests.  Consistently monitoring claim settlement progress.  Promote professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.  Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of VAT transactions for reporting and audit purposes.Requirements:     Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.     For Saudi National Only .     Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.     Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong communication skills.     Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).     1+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.     Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment.
