Looking for a role where you can genuinely shape standards, sustainability and continuous improvement across a growing food business?This market leading beverage manufacturing business seeks a hands-on Technical & ESG Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate quality, environmental, compliance and health & safety activities across the operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving improvement, keeping audits on track, embedding best practice and making a real impact on how a business operates day to day. Role OverviewWorking closely with the Operations Director, you'll be the driving force behind BRCGS compliance, ESG initiatives, environmental management and operational governance. You'll help ensure the business remains audit-ready, sustainability-focused and fully compliant, while championing a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement. Key AccountabilitiesMaintain and continuously improve BRCGS and Quality Management Systems.Coordinate internal and external audits.Drive compliance, document control and corrective action processes.Support product compliance, traceability and supplier standards.Coordinate ISO 14001 Environmental Management activities.Lead ESG reporting, sustainability initiatives and B Corp activities.Support health & safety systems, risk assessments and incident investigations.Manage supplier compliance and onboarding processes.Deliver training and help embed a strong quality, safety and sustainability culture.Report on compliance performance and identify improvement opportunities. People ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:Experience in compliance, quality, ESG, sustainability, environmental or H&S roles.Strong knowledge of BRCGS standards and Quality Management Systems.Exposure to ISO 14001 or Environmental Management Systems.Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and documentation control.Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical capability and Excel skills.Experience within food manufacturing, production or supply chain environments.Knowledge of B Corp, ESG frameworks, UK/EU compliance legislation or traceability systems would be advantageous.HACCP, BRCGS or ISO auditing qualifications are desirable.
