Job SummaryThe incumbent’s goal is to analyze technical data, identify operational trends, and recommend solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and reliability of bus service operations. The role conducts technical studies, supports troubleshooting activities, and ensures that all findings and recommendations align with Mowasalat’s quality standards, OEM guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical AnalysisConduct comprehensive technical analyses of bus operations using data from maintenance records, operational logs, telematics, and customer feedback.Identify trends, recurring issues, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.Develop and maintain predictive models, simulations, and analytical frameworks to support data‑driven decision‑making.Problem‑SolvingTroubleshoot complex technical issues in coordination with cross‑functional teams.Perform root cause analysis for recurring or high‑impact operational problems.Recommend and validate corrective actions to improve operational reliability and efficiency.Quality, Reporting & ComplianceGenerate detailed technical reports outlining findings, trends, risks, and improvement recommendations.Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring audit‑ready technical records and databases.Develop technical guidelines, manuals, and supporting documentation in alignment with Mowasalat standards.Stakeholder Coordination & SupportProvide technical guidance and support to internal teams, including drivers, maintenance staff, and service center personnel.Communicate complex technical information in a clear, structured manner for diverse stakeholder groups.Collaborate with external partners, as assigned by management, to support analysis or problem‑resolution activities.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementResearch new technologies, tools, and industry best practices relevant to bus operations and maintenance.Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to support ongoing professional development.Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce operational risks, and support long‑term fleet performance goals.Training & Knowledge SharingDevelop technical training materials.Conduct workshops or training sessions to enhance technical understanding across teams.Qualifications, Certificates & SkillsEducationMinimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in technical analysis or a related role.At least 1 year in a similar analytical or problem‑solving capacity.Certifications (Preferred)Certified Technical AnalystData Analysis CertificationTechnical Writing TrainingAny additional relevant industry certificationsSkillsTechnical AnalysisData Analysis & ReportingProblem‑Solving & Root Cause AnalysisMechanical/Electrical Systems UnderstandingUse of Data Analysis ToolsStrong Communication & Stakeholder EngagementDocumentation & Technical Writing
