Technical Analyst - IT Application (Banner)

Job Role:The Technical Analyst will develop, integrate and support enterprise applications, with primary responsibility for the Ellucian Banner Student Information System.Key Responsibilities:Develop applications and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.Support and enhance Ellucian Banner.Integrate Banner with Oracle Fusion, UAE Pass, MOHESR and other systems.Develop ETL pipelines and data migration solutions.Use Azure, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.Automate processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot.Support AI and LLM-based application solutions.Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system performance.Required Skills:Ellucian BannerC#, ASP.NET Core and Web APIsAzure and Azure DevOpsPython, Pandas and NumPyMicroservices and system integrationDocker and KubernetesETL and data migrationHigher-education business processesPreferred certifications include AZ-204, AZ-900, AI-900 and Oracle Fusion certifications.
