Technical Architect – Oracle Fusion Cloud / EBS R12Experience: 10+ yearsContract: 1 yearRole Type: Senior Individual Contributor | Client-FacingLocation: Dubai - UAESalary: AED 20,000 - AED 25,000About the RoleA leading tax technology and compliance solutions provider is looking for a Technical Architect to support its enterprise client engagements.The role will work directly with the end client, acting as the Oracle technical and techno-functional SME for integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud / EBS R12 with indirect tax and e-invoicing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery and solution discussions with client IT and ERP teams.Assess Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 environments across AP, AR, GL, Procurement, P2P and O2C.Design and guide Oracle-to-tax/e-invoicing platform integrations.Advise on OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, SFTP and HTTPS integration approaches.Work with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, web services, BIP, FBDI, HDL and EBS interfaces.Understand Oracle Fusion Tax/EBTax, VAT/GST and withholding tax flows and how they connect to external tax solutions.Work with XML, JSON, CSV and EDI data formats and integration requirements.Support technical specifications, testing, troubleshooting and go-live activities.Act as the bridge between the client’s business/IT teams and the delivery team.Required Experience10+ years of hands-on Oracle experience with strong expertise in both Fusion Cloud and EBS R12.Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Financials, P2P and O2C.Proven experience with third-party Oracle integrations.Strong hands-on skills in SQL/PLSQL, OIC, APIs, web services and middleware.Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Tax / EBTax and indirect taxation.Strong customer-facing communication and solution-design capability.Ability to independently operate at architect level across complex enterprise engagements.Strong AdvantageExperience integrating Oracle with tax determination or e-invoicing platforms such as Vertex, Avalara, Sovos or similar.Exposure to UAE/GCC VAT, e-invoicing or international tax compliance.Experience working with global enterprise clients and distributed teams.Oracle certification in Financials, Integration or related technologies.Contract & Benefits1-year contractVisa provided for the selected employeeMedical insurance provided for the selected employeeFamily visa and medical insurance not includedRole involves working at the end client's location as required
