Revit Architect – ResidentialDubai | Up to AED 13,000 per monthWe are looking for an experienced BIM Architect to join an established design studio in Dubai, working predominantly across private residential projects.This is a hands-on role for someone with strong architectural knowledge and expert-level Revit capability.You will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models, producing accurate technical information and ensuring residential projects are properly coordinated from design development through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed Revit/BIM models for residential projectsProduce coordinated architectural and technical drawing packagesCoordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and other consultant informationIdentify and resolve clashes, technical issues and coordination discrepanciesMaintain model accuracy, drawing standards and BIM protocolsSupport projects through design development, technical design and construction documentationWork closely with architects, designers and external consultantsEnsure design intent is translated accurately into coordinated technical informationRequirementsStrong residential architecture experienceExpert-level Revit and BIM capabilityPrevious experience working as a BIM Architect, Architectural BIM Specialist or technically focused ArchitectStrong understanding of residential detailing, construction and technical documentationExperience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant informationGood knowledge of architectural drawing packages and project delivery
