Technical Architectural Engineer

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architectural Engineer with strong experience in hospitality fit-out projects, joinery detailing, and FF&E coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.7–10 years of experience in architectural fit-out projects.Proven experience in hotel and hospitality projects (mandatory).Strong expertise in joinery shop drawings, detailing, and material specifications.Hands-on experience in FF&E coordination and procurement.Excellent coordination skills with design, MEP, suppliers, and site teams.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software.Experience in 4- and 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural and joinery shop drawings.Manage FF&E technical coordination, specifications, and procurement requirements.Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Ensure technical submissions and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
