Technical Assistant

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Technical Assistant to work alongside a designated company leader (the assigned stakeholder). You will translate business objectives into innovative, technology-based prototypes, keep requirements and documentation tightly organized, coordinate schedules and content, guide the stakeholder through the tools they use, and act as a dependable technical right hand. This role blends technology, coordination, and business, and suits someone technically fluent, highly organized, and ready to take real ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesPrototyping and Technical Solutioning

• Understand the stakeholder's business objectives and translate them into innovative, technology-based prototypes.
• Flag technical risks early and provide the correct solutions.
• Think critically and solve challenges with a practical, outcome-focused approach.Requirements, Documentation, and Information Management
• Liaise on incoming requests and document them comprehensively in a structured, organized manner.
• Extract information accurately and capture it with strong review and note-taking discipline.
• Maintain repositories, files, and operations-related workflows so information stays current and easy to access.Stakeholder support and coordination
• Act as the main point of contact and consistently deliver on time.
• Maintain a running list of tasks and deadlines, following up proactively so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Support scheduling and reminders, and draft or proofread documents, emails, and reports on the stakeholder's behalf.
• Guide the stakeholder through software and technology tools, from the simple to the complex.
• Handle light operational coordination, such as vendors and basic logistics, to keep day-to-day workflows smooth.Content and campaign management
• Plan and organize campaign schedules and supporting media for the stakeholder's podcasts and articles.
• Proactively delegate tasks to the relevant team members to keep their main objectives on track.AI-enabled delivery and quality control
• Use AI coding and content-generation tools effectively, with a critical eye for quality.
• Guardrail AI outputs for accuracy, coherence, and originality, ensuring work is human-quality and goes beyond generic AI results.
• Respond to and action impromptu tasks and change requests, taking on multi-functional work as needed.Fundamentals:
• Strong written and verbal English comprehension, with the ability to turn conversations and requests into clear written requirements, notes, and communications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• A critical thinker and practical problem-solver who can work with a mix of direct instruction and independent ownership, and knows when to clarify, challenge, or escalate.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding and content-generation tools, including the ability to provide the right context and instructions, critically evaluate outputs, and validate work before delivery.
• Experience with documentation systems and shared repositories (for example Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, or similar).
• A sense of design, with the ability to relay information clearly to the team.
• An adaptable, multi-hat mindset and a keen interest in AI trends and evolving tools.
• A background in a technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical assistant, virtual assistant, coordinator, or similar role, including internships or project work. We are open to high-aptitude candidates ready to operate at a mid-level scope, so demonstrated ability matters more than years.
