Technical Business Analyst (Card Systems)

We’re looking for an experienced Cards System Analyst with strong Credit Card/Debit Card domain knowledge to join our team.This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting requirements, solution design, integrations, testing, and delivery for card-related systems.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, document and validate business and functional requirementsPrepare functional specifications, system flows, interface definitions and data mappingsPerform impact analysis for system changes and enhancementsWork closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, security and operations teamsSupport SIT, UAT and regression testing and coordinate defect resolutionWork with external vendors and third-party system providersPrepare solution and architecture documentationEnsure solutions align with security, compliance and audit requirements, including PCI DSS🔹 RequirementsStrong experience with Credit Card or Debit Card systemsGood understanding of the card transaction lifecycle, including card issuance, authorization, clearing and settlementExperience with card scheme integrations, card controls and digital/customer servicing workflowsHands-on experience with card management systems such as WAY4, First Vision, or similar platformsStrong SQL and data analysis skills using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with Jira, Confluence and PostmanExperience with Oracle WebLogic/WebSphereExposure to AWS and/or Azure, including cloud-hosted applications and hybrid environmentsExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills🔹 Technical ExposurePL/SQL | SQL Server | Oracle | WebLogic | WebSphere | AWS | Azure | Jira | Confluence | Postman🎯 Ideal BackgroundWe’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked on banking/card platforms and have hands-on experience with WAY4, First Vision, or similar card management systems.
