قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Purpose:The Business Analyst supports the development and continuous improvement of theAirline Website and CMS platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality, customer-centricdigital experiences that drive key digital and commercial KPIs.This role is part of a critical customer-facing digital product area and works closely withProduct, Digital, Ecommerce, Technology, UX, and Content teams. The BusinessAnalyst is responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validatingrequirements, ensuring business priorities are clearly translated into implementableuser stories and delivered effectively by Agile teams.The role operates within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) and collaborates withmultiple Product Owners and scrum teams to manage dependencies and enableend-to-end delivery across the customer journey.Key Accountabilities:Requirements & AnalysisTranslate product strategy and roadmap into clear business and functionalrequirements.Analyse customer, business, and system needs for airline website and CMSinitiativesSupport feature discovery and solution definition with UX, architecture, anddevelopment teamsBacklog & Sprint SupportSupport Product Owners in maintaining a high-quality, ready-to-deliverbacklogDetail features and user stories with acceptance criteria and acceptance testsEnsure development teams clearly understand requirements and desiredoutcomesAssist in managing dependencies across teams and Product OwnersDelivery & QualityValidate delivered features against acceptance criteria and Definition of DoneSupport UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off[Classification:Public]Assist with sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder validation sessionsAgile & SAFe ParticipationParticipate in SAFe ceremonies including PO Sync, Program BacklogRefinement, WSJF, Sprint Planning, and PI PlanningSupport retrospectives and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain relevant Agile artefacts including backlogs, program Kanban updates,and documentationStakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, and deliveryteamsEnsure consistent communication of requirements, progress, risks, anddependenciesEducation & Experience:Essential5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in product development roleswithin digital, airline, ecommerce, fintech, or financial services environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,or equivalentStrong experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum and SAFe)2+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMSplatforms (preferred)2+ years’ experience using JIRA for epics, features, user stories, and sprintbacklogs (mandatory)Proven delivery experience on customer-facing digital platformsStrong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills[Classification:Public]DesirableSAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certificationAgile or Business Analysis certifications (CSPO, PSPO, PMI-PBA, IIBA)Key CompetenciesRequirements analysis & problem solvingStakeholder management and collaborationAttention to detail and quality orientationAbility to manage priorities and deadlinesProactive, delivery-focused mindse
