Technical Business Analyst – Fully Remote – within GMT+4 Timezones!I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS iGaming company building AI-powered products for the Gaming industry, who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their Data Platforms & Infrastructure team on a fully remote basis.This is a technical BA role sitting between the Data Platforms & Infrastructure engineering team and wider Data & AI teams, owning requirements, backlog refinement, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into clear, buildable technical work.🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:• Gather, refine, and turn requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria.• Run refinement sessions with engineers and keep the backlog groomed and prioritised.• Work closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams on scope, dependencies, and technical interfaces.• Translate business requirements into technical detail and technical constraints back into clear business terms.• Track delivery and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, trade-offs, priorities, and timelines.• Support the team’s planning and prioritisation.• Contribute to wider Data & AI initiatives across areas such as governance and data quality.✅ What We’re Looking For:• 2-4 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, ideally working on highly technical platforms.• Strong requirements gathering, refinement, specification writing, and acceptance criteria experience.• Good understanding of technical and data concepts including APIs, streaming endpoints, and ETL pipelines.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.• Experience working in Agile environments and managing technical backlogs.• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a product-first mindset.• Exposure to Databricks, Airflow, analytics/data engineering teams, SQL, or Python is a bonus.🎁 Package & Benefits:💰 $2,500-$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus🏠 Fully remote role – candidates must be based between GMT +4:00 timezones!🏖️ 30 days annual leave⚡ 3-stage interview process – urgent hirePlease note, this is a fully remote role, which will see you work from your home country and does NOT offer relocation to Dubai.If this sounds like you, please apply below!
