Technical Business Analyst – Integration DeliveryWe’re looking for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to own the design and delivery of customer integrations across a growing SaaS platform.This is not a traditional requirements-only BA role. You’ll work directly with customers to understand how their systems operate, design the right integration approach, configure and test solutions, and take implementations through to go-live.You’ll sit across customers, commercial teams and engineering, helping turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.What you’ll be doingRun customer workshops to understand workflows, systems and integration requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical solution designsDesign integration approaches across APIs, platform configuration and custom workflowsConfigure, test and troubleshoot integrationsWork hands-on with REST APIs, SQL, data models and low-code workflow toolsManage implementations from solution design through UAT and productionCoordinate with third-party integration partnersSupport customers through upgrades, changes and post-production issuesWork closely with Sales, Onboarding, Product and EngineeringManage customer expectations and recommend the right technical approach where requirements need to be challengedWhat we’re looking for3+ years’ experience delivering SaaS, software or system integration projectsExperience working directly with customers on technical implementationsGood understanding of REST APIs and common integration patternsHands-on SQL experienceExperience translating business logic into system or platform configurationComfortable troubleshooting integrations and data issuesAble to run workshops and communicate technical concepts clearlyComfortable owning delivery and making decisions independentlyExperience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, integration platforms, ordering systems, marketplaces, ERP environments or supply chain technology would be useful.This would suit someone currently working as a Technical Business Analyst, Integration Consultant, Technical Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant or Integration Engineer who wants broader ownership across solution design and delivery.
