Technical Business Analyst

Required skills must include:Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or arelated field.2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing and validating enterprise data.Hands-on experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.Experience building business process automations using Power Automate.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and user stories.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Experience working within Agile software development teams.Experience using or implementing AI-enabled business solutions, including Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, conversational AI, or similar technologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure, or modern cloud analytics platforms.Experience supporting investment management, financial services, or capital markets.Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform solution development.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies.Knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.Experience with ESG, financial market, investment, or reference data.Programming or scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.Passion for applying AI and modern analytics to improve business processes and user experiences.
