Technical Business Analyst

Position: Technical Business AnalystLocation: SingaporeContract: 12+ Months and Extendable contractMandatory Skills6–10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.Strong Banking / Financial Services experience.ATM / Self-Service Banking domain experience is highly preferred.Strong understanding of ATM transaction processing and banking interfaces.Experience with ATM Switch / Transaction Switch and integration with banking systems.Good understanding of Cards, Payments, Core Banking and ISO 8583.Experience with API/Web Services, REST, JSON/XML and system integrations.Strong SQL and database analysis skills.Experience preparing BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories and process flows.Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/Postman or similar tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
