Technical Business Analyst – Credit Cards / Card Management SystemsWe are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Credit Cards and hands-on experience with leading Card Management Systems (CMS) such as VISIONPLUS, WAY4, PowerCARD or equivalent platforms.The role requires someone who can effectively bridge Cards Business, Product, Operations and Technology teams, with a strong understanding of both card business processes and underlying system/integration flows.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.Analyse the end-to-end credit card lifecycle, including card onboarding, issuance, activation, authorization, clearing & settlement, billing, payments, limits, fees, delinquency, collections, disputes and chargebacks.Analyse card transaction flows and integrations between the Card Management System and upstream/downstream applications.Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors and testing teams on card enhancements and transformation initiatives.Perform API/interface analysis, data mapping, impact analysis and system dependency analysis.Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, implementation and production issue resolution.Participate in card platform modernization, migration, new product launches and major system enhancement programmes.Key RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with VISIONPLUS, WAY4, PowerCARD or similar enterprise Card Management Systems.Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Credit Card lifecycle and card transaction processing.Good understanding of Authorization → Clearing → Settlement, billing, payment processing, limits, fees, delinquency, disputes/chargebacks and fraud controls.Good technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, SQL, data mapping, real-time and batch processing.Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard processing, ISO 8583, tokenization, digital wallets and card security would be advantageous.Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, functional specifications, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria.Prior experience working on Credit Card technology projects within banks or financial institutions is highly preferred.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd
